Neil arrived ontime to give initial quote, was very competitively priced. Arrived ontime on agreed start date. His work is absolutely first class, he was very aware that he was in someone else's home. Prepared all work areas with protective sheets. Very neat, and most importantly his work was done with a pride that is not very often seen today. Well done Neil, thank you Ian and Alison.

I would give 10 stars if I could! It all started with a leak through an artexed ceiling into the living room. We found Neil on Google and he arrived at the agreed time to assess the work & provide a quotation. After consulting with us, it was agreed that the best option would be to remove & re board the damaged area, scrape back the existing artex, bond & re skim the entire room including the dining area. This also included 2 tricky areas under the stairs & above a bay window. Although I was pleased with the quotation, & keen to take advantage of the situation to finally rid the room of the awful artex, I was dreading the work starting, I HATE MESS! If you're the same Neil's your man. *Arrived promptly each day with a big smile. *Flooring covered with multiple layers. *Walls masked off. *Multiple mini clean ups during the day. *Big clean up before leaving each evening. *Work completed to the highest standard. Would highly recommend. Neil went above and beyond for me. After initially coming out to repair the plasterboard from a roof leak he found serious damage to my roof and took photos for me, patched the damage as best he could to help me keep it water tight whilst the roof could be repaired. Once everything was fixed he returned to finish the job. He was on time, gave good communication and left everything really tidy. The work completed is really neat and tidy, very happy and would highly recommend.
